How to read a peptide certificate of analysis

A usable CoA names the laboratory, the batch, the method, the date, and a result that matches the vial in hand.

A paper certificate of analysis is not enclosed in every carton. Email the order id or the lot on the vial to hello@evolvpeptides.co.uk for the batch record we hold.

The lot number is marked on every vial.

What to match

1. Batch / lot ID on the vial versus the ID on the file.
2. Compound name and, if listed, CAS.
3. Method — often HPLC. A percentage without a method is incomplete.
4. Date of the test. Undated PDFs are weak evidence.
5. Purity or identity result, and any residual solvent or endotoxin line if present.
6. Laboratory name. EVOLV has not published a named third-party CoA vault. Do not invent Janoshik or any other lab as ours.

What HPLC ≥99% is not

HPLC ≥99% is a batch-release specification: the lot was checked against that threshold before packing. It is not independent clinical proof, not a sterility certificate, and not a licence for human use.
