Returns and refunds

Unopened vials in original packing may be discussed for return within 14 days of delivery. Write to hello@evolvpeptides.co.uk with the order id.

Opened research materials cannot be restocked. If the parcel arrived damaged or the listing was wrong, we will refund or replace after photographs.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Status is recorded on the order.
