• Peptide

  A short chain of amino acids. EVOLV lists defined sequences as research materials, not as licensed medicines.

• Lyophilised

  Freeze-dried. The solid in the vial is a cake or powder intended for reconstitution under a laboratory SOP.

• CAS number

  A public chemical identifier. Match CAS, milligram amount and form when you compare two listings.

• HPLC

  High-performance liquid chromatography — an analytical method used to assess identity and purity. A percentage on a webpage is not the same as a lot file you can inspect.

• Certificate of analysis

  A lot document. EVOLV publishes a file when we hold one. We do not generate decorative certificates.

• Lot / batch

  The production identifier printed on the vial. Keep it with your experimental notes.

• Research use only

  A supply condition. The material is not a medicinal product and is not for administration to humans or animals.

• Sequence

  The ordered amino-acid chain. On EVOLV, The Trace is a visual encoding of that sequence — not a decorative molecule.

• Reconstitution

  Adding a solvent to a lyophilised solid under your protocol. EVOLV does not publish dosing or injection instructions.

• Incretin analogue

  A research class that includes GLP-1 and related receptor agonists. Listings in this catalogue are laboratory chemicals, not Wegovy, Mounjaro or Ozempic.
