No. EVOLV peptide vials are lyophilised powder. Bacteriostatic water is a separate laboratory solvent SKU and is not packed in the peptide carton. Add /product/bacteriostatic-water if you need the solvent under your laboratory SOP. We do not ship syringes or reconstitution-for-humans kits. Bacteriostatic water is sold as a separate laboratory solvent, never as a kit, syringe set, or reconstitution-for-humans pack. Peptide vials ship as powder.
