# How do I request a batch record?

Email hello@evolvpeptides.co.uk with the order id or the lot on the vial. We send the batch record we hold — we do not invent a file.

Every listed batch has a certificate of analysis. Email the order id or the lot on the vial to hello@evolvpeptides.co.uk and the file for that batch is sent. A paper certificate is not in the carton.

The lot number is marked on every vial.
